The article further puts forward major policies and projects for the development of the aging cultural industry in the future. The major policies include paying attention to the guidance of financial funds，implementing tax incentives，increasing financial support，doing a good job in industrial land planning，stimulating the cultural consumption demand of the elderly and strengthening infrastructure construction.
