    国内中小学课后服务课程研究报告

    摘要

    国家“双减”政策对各地实施课后服务工作提出了新的要求。课后服务课程质量是影响课后服务质量的关键因素。课程化推进学校课后服务工作对区域和学校提出了新挑战。研究发现,国家和地方配套文件的出台,为课后服务课程化推进提供了政策依据和有益的参考。教育行政部门对课后服务实施原则、内容模式、组织形式、条件保障等问题的重视程度逐渐加强。关于课后服务课程的理论和实践研究不断升温,课后服务课程研究正成为学界一个研究热点。未来需明确课后服务性质定位,课程化推进课后服务工作;立足学生发展,加强课后服务课程理论体系研究;统筹各方力量,助力学校课后服务课程化实施。

    Abstract

    The national policy of “Double Reduction” puts forward new requirements for the implementation of after-school services in all regions. The quality of after-school service courses is a key factor affecting the quality of after-school services. Curriculum-based promotion of after-school services has brought new challenges to all regions and schools. Studies showed that the promulgation of national and local supporting documents provided policy basis and useful reference for curriculum-based promotion of after-school services. The educational administrations have been attaching more importance to the implementation principles,content models,organizing forms and guarantee terms of after-school services. Theoretical and practical research on after-school service courses is heating up,and the study on after-school service courses is becoming a new hot-spot in academic research. In future implementation,curriculum-based provision of after-school services shall be based on clarified nature and orientation of after-school services;the research on key issues of after-school service courses shall be strengthened based on student development;and curriculum-based implementation of after-school services shall be facilitated through coordinating the forces of all parties.
