Analysis of the current situation of non-disciplinary off-campus training industry in Beijing showed that the non-disciplinary off-campus training market is featured by sufficient supply and dominated by profit-making institutions；capital inflow tends to be rational；market prices are generally stable；market demand is strong，and so on. Based on this situation，the specific path for Beijing to further improve the governance of non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions is as follows：clarify the governance orientation of “standardized development”；tighten the examination and approval procedure and formulate classification-based standards；focus on key issues and conduct joint supervision and regulation；intensify industry self-disciplines and establish the system of quality assessment，and so on.
