Under the background of “Double Reduction”，the provision of after-school services for students with special needs is an important path for schools to enrich the content of inclusive education，expand the education channels and realize the sustainable development of inclusive education. At present，primary and secondary schools in Beijing have formed a relatively complete system of integrated education and a corresponding system of professional support，based on which various methods are adopted to ensure high-quality implementation and extensive coverage of after-school services. However，there is still much room for improvement in terms of the scope of such students’ participation in after-school services，the level of their parents’ confidence in choices and the availability of external support. In this regard，it is necessary to give priority to special groups’ access to after-school services，improve the construction of relevant systems for after-school services according to local condition，coordinate the deployment of available resources，so as to continuously improve the level of after-school services for students with special needs.
