“双减”背景下实施面向特殊需要学生的课后服务,是学校丰富融合教育内容、拓展育人渠道和实现融合教育可持续发展的重要路径。当前,北京市普通中小学校已形成较为完善的融合教育制度和专业支持体系,采取多种方式确保课后服务高质量实施和广泛覆盖,但是特殊需要学生的课后服务参与范围、家长的选择信心以及学校可获得的外部支持应被重点关注。对此,需要优先保障特殊需要学生接受课后服务,因地制宜地完善学校课后服务相关制度建设,统筹调配相关资源,不断提升面向特殊需要学生的课后服务水平。
<<Under the background of “Double Reduction”,the provision of after-school services for students with special needs is an important path for schools to enrich the content of inclusive education,expand the education channels and realize the sustainable development of inclusive education. At present,primary and secondary schools in Beijing have formed a relatively complete system of integrated education and a corresponding system of professional support,based on which various methods are adopted to ensure high-quality implementation and extensive coverage of after-school services. However,there is still much room for improvement in terms of the scope of such students’ participation in after-school services,the level of their parents’ confidence in choices and the availability of external support. In this regard,it is necessary to give priority to special groups’ access to after-school services,improve the construction of relevant systems for after-school services according to local condition,coordinate the deployment of available resources,so as to continuously improve the level of after-school services for students with special needs.
