在“双减”政策实施半学期后对北京市6个代表区的学校课后服务供给情况进行调查,结果显示学校课后服务供给相对平稳,师生参与率全国领先,课内、课后课程一体化发展目标清晰,共同指向“五育并举”,但也存在课程供给不足、吸引力有待增强,专业教师不足、教师负担重,安排有待优化等问题,还需进一步通过统筹校内校外资源丰富供给,衔接课内课后育人活动优化安排,切实减轻校内教师负担,加强动态监测和效果评价等措施引导课后服务持续发展。
<<After half-a-semester implementation of “Double Reduction” policy,a survey on the implementation of after-school services in representative districts and schools in Beijing showed that the supply of after-school services has been stable,and the ratio of teacher-and-student participation is the highest in China. The goal of integrated development of in-and-after-class courses is made clear in the orientation of “five educations”. However,due to insufficient curriculum supply,lack of attractiveness,insufficient pool of professional teachers,heavy burden on teachers,and lack of more open and flexible arrangement of courses,further improvement is necessary,for instance,coordinated and abundant supply of on-campus and off-campus resources,optimized arrangement of educational activities in and after class,adoption of multiple measures to reduce the burden on teachers,and strengthened dynamic monitoring and performance evaluation for sustainable development.
