北京教育科学研究院基础教育教学研究中心通过大规模调研发现,北京市在统筹作业管理方面已经取得了一些阶段性成就,但在作业设计研究、分层作业设计、专家指导与优质资源引领等方面仍存在较大发展空间。针对这一问题,该中心从“树立并落实新的作业质量观、依据学科特点设计适宜的作业类型、建立教师试做作业制度”等维度进行理念引领,多管齐下开展实践改进。分学科聚焦,细化作业中存在的典型问题;针对问题,提出作业设计策略并给出参考样例;遴选优秀作业案例及作业设计结集成册。在实现优质作业资源充分共建共享的同时,引导广大中小学教师在作业设计与实施研究中迈出了坚实的一步,在作业内容、呈现方式、完成形式、评价要求、布置过程等方面都产生了可喜的变化。
<<A large-scale survey by the Basic Teaching and Research Center of the Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences showed that preliminary achievements in overall homework management has been made in Beijing,however,there is still much space for development in homework design teaching and research,hierarchical homework design,and high-quality resources orientation. To this end,the Center provides concept guidance in multi dimensions such as “establishing and implementing a new concept of homework quality,designing subject-based and suitable types of homework,and establishing and improving a ‘teachers trial-first’ system in homework design”;in addition,the Center advocates practices and explorations as follows:focus on and refine typical problems in homework in each subject;put forward basic problem-solving strategies,operational suggestions and reference examples;select excellent design cases and compile into a pamphlet. While making efforts to realize full co-construction and sharing of high-quality homework resources,a sound and stable progress has been made in guiding the research on homework optimization among all primary and secondary school teachers,and positive changes have taken place in terms of homework content,presentation form,evaluation requirement and arrangement process.
