In the new development stage of China’s winter sports，industry presents the development characteristics of diversified industry types，younger consumer groups，diversified product supply and intelligent arena facilities. However，subject to the constraints of policies，talents and resource endowment，China’s winter sports industry needs to make improvements in terms of accelerating the implementation of policy implementation，rational planning of industrial layout，sound industrial standard system，broadening talent training channels and optimizing the industrial business environment.
