科技创新驱动力已成为长江经济带高质量发展的主导因素。基于投入—产出—载体—绩效的科技创新驱动力系统框架构建指标体系,对长江经济带110个城市科技创新驱动力进行定量评估,在总体上对城市进行等级划分,并比较城市在科技创新驱动力分系统中的排名。同时,运用能力结构模型分析区域协同创新发展状况,基于城市科技创新驱动力的分系统结构,重点揭示协同创新可能性较高的重点城市组合以及协同创新的获益格局。
<<The scientific and technological innovation driving force(S&T IDFI)has become a leading factor in the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. By constructing the evaluation system of the S&T IDFI based on the AHP-EVM model,this paper makes a quantitative assessment of the S&T IDFI in 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,divides the cities into grades in general,and compares and analyzes the ranking of cities in the sub-system of the S&T IDFI. Meanwhile,the capacity structure model is used to analyze the development of regional collaborative innovation. Based on the sub-system structure of the S&T IDFI,the key city combination with high possibility of collaborative innovation and the benefit pattern of collaborative innovation are mainly revealed.
