    旅游企业创新应变的探索与思考

    摘要

    世纪变局之下,中国旅游业受到了巨大冲击,面对前所未有的挑战,旅游企业已处于必变之势。在世界纷争渐起及疫情防控常态化影响下,虽然困难重重,中国旅游企业仍积极应对、主动求变,从多个领域谋划布局新赛道;在多个维度创新实践新服务、打造新产品满足市场新需求,探索应变之路;各级政府、行业组织等主体共同助力企业渡过难关,蓄力发展。未来,旅游企业要洞悉需求、整合资源,不断探索创新,用自身独有的经验和能力打造新产品、新服务,以自身优势结合社会发展需求求生存谋发展,满足人民对美好生活的新需求。

    Abstract

    Under the profound change of the century,Chinese tourist industry suffered a huge impact,in the face of unprecedented challenges,tourism enterprises have been in the trend of transformation. Under the influence of the rising global conflicts and the normalization of Covid-19,Chinese tourism enterprises are still actively responding to the difficulties,seeking changes,and planning and laying out new “racing tracks” in various fields,Innovating and practicing new services in multiple dimensions,creating new products to meet new market demands,and exploring ways to response. Governments at all levels,industry organizations and other institutions are working together to help enterprises overcome difficulties,gather strength and develop. In the construction of Chinese-style modernization and the transformation and reshaping of the industry,what tourism enterprises should do is to understand the needs,integrate resources,create new products and services with the unique experience and ability of tourism enterprises,innovate and practice using their unique advantages in combination with the demands of social development,seek survival and development,and meet the people’s new demands for a better life.
