Digital economy is an important economic form for Anhui to achieve high-quality development. This paper constructs the digital economy evaluation system of Anhui from the three dimensions of policy environment，innovation atmosphere and infrastructure，and uses the social network analysis method to study the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the digital economy network in Anhui in 2015，2017 and 2019. It finds that the structure of Anhui’s digital economic network is relatively stable. Hefei is not only a core city in the province’s digital economic network，but also an important bridge to promote its digital economic exchanges. The digital economy of regional hub cities，adjacent cities in developed provinces，and some cities in northern Anhui has a significant linkage impact on surrounding areas. At this stage，the urbanization process of major cities not only amplifies the value-added effect of the digital economy network，but also strengthens the spatial network connection of the province’s digital economy. In the future，we should strengthen cooperation with Shanghai，Jiangsu，Zhejiang and other places to create highlights of digital economy development，strengthen its overall strength in Hefei metropolitan area，encourage northern and southern Anhui regions to accelerate the digital upgrading and transformation of leading industries，and improve the guarantee system for talent and capital element so as to develop the digital economy into an important force in promoting national economy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
