本研究以CSSCI收录的1999~2020年以“华侨华人”为主题的期刊论文为数据来源,结合文献计量法对我国华侨华人研究核心作者进行分析。结果显示,华侨华人研究核心作者性别比例较为均衡,受教育程度高,但年龄结构老龄化明显,青年学者储备不足;成果影响力相对较高,但可持续发展力较弱;核心作者多学科交叉研究队伍还没有形成,合作网络不紧密,合作研究成果不多;实际工作需要与理论研究对话不充分,没有形成一个具有高合力的学术共同体,缺乏有效的激励和评价。本研究认为可以从加强华侨华人研究后备力量的培养和队伍建设,重视华侨华人研究的学科建设,推动华侨华人研究及核心学者之间的学术交流与合作,探索建立多元、科学、合理的科研激励评价体系四个方面入手,促进相关学科交叉和融合,培养核心作者,形成多维主体和跨区域合作交流网络,提高成果的可持续产出率和影响力。
<<This study uses the journal articles on the theme of “Overseas Chinese” in the CSSCI database from 1999 to 2020 as the data source,and combines with bibliometric methods to analyze the core authors of Overseas Chinese research in China. The results show that the core authors of overseas Chinese research have a relatively balanced gender ratio,and a high education level,but its aging age structure is obvious with its insufficient reserves of young scholars,high impact of their achievements but weak sustainability;the multidisciplinary cross-research team of core authors has not yet been formed for its cooperation network is not close with insufficient collaborative research results,and the dialogue between practical work needs and theoretical research is not sufficient,so the highly collaborative academic community has not been formed between them either with a lack of effective incentives and evaluation. The study concludes that we can start from four aspects to help promote the crossover and integration of related disciplines,cultivate core authors,form a multidimensional subject and cross-regional cooperation exchange network,and improve the sustainable output rate and impact of results by strengthening the training and team building of the reserve force of overseas Chinese research,attaching importance to the disciplinary construction,promoting the academic exchanges and cooperation between overseas Chinese research and the core scholars,and exploring the establishment of a diversified,scientific and reasonable research incentive and evaluation system.
