随着汉语进入泰国国民教育体系成为“基础教育外语”,泰国的公立学校已逐渐成为汉语教学的主要场所,研究海外汉语公务员教师的职业认同现状,对推广海外中文教育与传播有重要意义。本文运用扎根理论方法,对泰国南部重镇合艾市的11名汉语公务员教师进行深度访谈,从访谈资料入手构建泰国汉语公务员教师职业认同发展路径与影响因素模型。根据各级编码、译码得到概念范畴及其逻辑关系,具体涵盖了10个主范畴、35个范畴、127个概念。从主范畴关系结构可以看出,社会与家庭的支持、自身的专业发展和良好的工作环境(薪酬)对泰国汉语公务员教师职业认同产生直接影响。众多影响因素中,薪酬福利是重要的物质因素,自我实现是重要的精神因素,前者是基础,后者是支柱。
<<Integrating Chinese language into the national education system of Thailand is an important way to enhance Chinese language education as well as China’s international communication. Public schools in Thailand have gradually become the main way for teaching Chinese language,and it is important to study the current situation of the professional identity of overseas Chinese language teachers as civil servant. In the research,grounded theoretical methods was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 11 teachers in Hatyai which is an important city of south Thailand,and a conceptual model of professional identity of Chinese language teachers was built from the interview data. The concept categories and their logical relations are obtained according to the coding and decoding at all levels,specifically covering 10 core categories,35 categories and 127 initial concepts. From the main category relationship structure,it can be seen that social and family support,the teachers’ own professional development and a good working environment (salary) have a direct impact on the professional identity of Chinese language teachers as civil servant in Thailand. Among the many influencing factors,compensation and benefits are important material factors and self-fulfillment is an important spiritual factor,with the former is the basic factor and the latter is the supporting factor.
