本研究采用问卷调查方法,对当前华裔来华本科留学生的学习压力进行了深入分析。研究发现,我国高校的华裔来华本科留学生承受着较大的学习压力,在课业负担、跨文化适应压力和考试方面的压力水平相对较高;且在年级、学校和是否在校就读方面存在显著性差异,并以大学三年级、国家“双一流”院校和在校学生的压力水平为最高;华裔来华本科留学生学习压力是个体内部特质与外部家庭环境、院校组织因素相互作用的结果。为此,应当进一步重视华裔来华本科留学生的学习状态,从学校、家庭、留学生自身等层面,加强心理干预,减缓学习压力。
<<This study uses a questionnaire survey method to analyze the learning stress of ethnic Chinese international students. It finds that ethnic Chinese international students in Chinese colleges and universities are under greater study pressure,especially the pressure of academic burden,cross-cultural adaptation and exams;and there are significant differences in grades,types of universities and whether studying on Campus. It also finds that students in junior year,national “double first-class” universities and those studying on campus have the highest levels of learning stress. The learning stress of ethnic Chinese international students is the result of the interaction between individual internal characteristics,external family environment and institutional organization factors. To this end,we should pay more attention to the learning state of ethnic Chinese international students,and strengthen psychological intervention from the aspects of Colleges,families,and students themselves to relieve learning pressure.
