    中国航天育种产品的安全性分析

    摘要

    航天育种属于物理辐射育种的一种。突变体性状的变化完全是自身基因突变的结果,不涉及外源或内源基因的导入。航天搭载空间环境因素诱导发生的改变,与在自然界发生的突变的性质完全相同,不是人工基因遗传工程技术的产物。太空辐射的辐射剂量很低,也不会被传递到搭载材料的下一代身上,更不会具有放射性。物理辐射育种在世界上已经有近百年的历史,有据可查的商业化释放品种多达3300种。实践证明,没有一例具有食品安全的危险性或者环境生态的危害性。航天育种在我国已经有34年的历史,通过省审和国审的主粮作物品种已超过200个,涵盖水稻、小麦、玉米及大豆等,种植面积和消费水平极为可观,未发生任何食品安全问题。国际空间站上的宇航员所收获的鲜食蔬菜可以直接食用,更证明了航天育种食品品质的安全无虞。

    Abstract

    Space breeding is a kind of physical radiation breeding. The change of mutants is the result of their own gene mutation,and does not involve the introduction of exogenous or endogenous genes. The changes induced by space environment factors on spaceflight are exactly the same as the mutations in plant nature and are not the product of artificial genetic engineering technology. The radiation dose of space radiation is very low,and it is not passed on to the next generation of materials,let alone radioactive. Physical radiation breeding has a history of nearly 100 years in the world,and there are more than 3000 commercially released varieties. Practice has proved that there is no case of food safety or environmental ecological harm. Space breeding has a history of 34 years in China. More than 200 main grain crop varieties,including rice,wheat,corn and soybean,have only passed provincial and national examination. The planting area and consumption level are very considerable,and there has never been any food safety problem. Astronauts on the International Space Station have harvested fresh vegetables that can be eaten directly,further proving the safety of space-bred food. Similar experiments on space plant culture will be carried out after the completion of China’s space station. Gradually promoting and improving the scientific literacy of the public and popularizing the scientific knowledge can help to eliminate the misunderstanding and misreading of the safety of space breeding products,and to clear up the sources and eliminate the influence of rumors and grounders.
