随着信息技术的不断发展,白酒行业进入数智化转型阶段。本报告研究发现,酒企在酿造工艺以及营销端数字化建设方面迎来了快速发展,各酒企纷纷开展了线上销售渠道的拓展与探索。本报告分析了智能化酿造的发展背景与现实应用,以及营销数字化发展的历程,发现在白酒行业数智化转型过程中,酒企仍普遍面临专业化人才匮乏、数据安全难以保障以及数据有效管理等方面的问题。白酒行业的数字化发展依然任重道远,距实现全产业链的数字化转型仍有较大距离。据此,本报告认为白酒行业数字化发展应将重点放在全供应链的数字化转型上,加强渠道数字化、终端数字化建设,完善供应链全线数字化发展。“互联网+”时代的来临对白酒行业而言,既是机遇也是挑战,顺势而为开展数字化、智能化改造,必将助力白酒行业实现转型升级。
<<With the development of information technology,liquor industry has entered the stage of digital intelligent transformation. This report found that wine companies have experienced rapid development in brewing technology and digital construction of marketing,and all wine companies have carried out the expansion and exploration of online sales channels. This report analyzes the development background and practical application of intelligent brewing,as well as the development process of digital marketing. It is found that in the process of digital transformation of liquor industry,there are still problems such as lack of professional talents,data security guarantee,and effective data management. The digital development of liquor industry and the whole industrial chain still has a long way to go. Accordingly,this report puts forward corresponding suggestions that the digital development of liquor industry should focus on the digital transformation of the whole supply chain,strengthen the construction of digital channels and terminals,and improve the digital development of the whole supply chain. The advent of the “Internet plus” era is both an opportunity and a challenge for the liquor industry. Taking advantage of the trend to carry out digital and intelligent transformation,it will help the liquor industry achieve transformation and upgrading.
