中国酒文化内涵丰富、底蕴深厚,深入挖掘酒文化内涵特色、推动酒文化与其他产业深度融合、激发酒文化的潜在经济效益,是促进中国酒文化发展进步、提高文化软实力、加快白酒企业国际化进程的重要战略,是促进国内白酒企业转型升级、逐鹿国际市场的重要途径,具有重要的历史与时代意义。目前,国内白酒企业在挖掘酒文化、打造品牌特色的实践中取得了一定成绩、积累了一定经验,如推动酒旅跨界融合、注入酒文化培育品牌力、融入养生理念助力健康酒市场、营销酒文化社交属性等。但也暴露了一些问题,如对酒文化挖掘的深度不足、开发利用的效率有限、潜在市场空间巨大。基于此,本报告从融合发展、传播效应、价格策略、营销方式等几个方面,提出深入挖掘酒文化助力白酒企业转型升级的发展策略。
<<With the rich connotation and long history of Chinese liquor culture,excavating deeply the cultural connotation characteristics,promoting liquor culture integrating with other industries and stimulating the potential economic benefits of the liquor culture are the essencial strategies to promote the development and progression of Chinese liquor culture and improve the cultural soft power and speed up the process of internationalization,are the highly efficient pathes to promote transformation and upgrading of domestic liquor enterprises and compete in the international market,which have important historical and epochal significance. At present,domestic liquor enterprises have made some achievements and accumulated some experience in the practice of mining liquor culture and building brand characteristics,such as promoting the cross-border integration of liquor and tourism,injecting liquor culture to cultivate brand power,integrating regimen concept to assist the healthy liquor market,marketing the social attributes of liquor culture and so on. However,there are also some problems exposed. For example,the depth of liquor culture mining is insufficient,the efficiency of development and utilization is limited,and the potential market space is huge. Based on this,this report proposes the development strategy of in-depth excavating liquor culture to promote the transformation and upgrading of liquor enterprises from the aspects of integrated development,communication effect,price strategy and marketing method.
