2021年新发布的《白酒工业术语》及《饮料酒术语和分类》两项国家标准旨在大力推动中国酒业标准化水平的全面提升,发挥标准化对酿酒产业的引领和促进作用,为新时期中国酿酒产业的高质量发展赋能助力。本报告回顾了白酒标准发展过程,对白酒新旧国标进行了详细对比,并分析了新国标实施对白酒行业的影响,包括带动白酒行业标准化体系建设、推动白酒行业优胜劣汰、提高白酒行业集中度、促进行业健康发展、保障消费者权益。最后,提出在新国标背景下应持续推动白酒标准升级、继续严格白酒质量管控、通过科技创新推动白酒品质升级。
<<The two national standards,Terminology of Baijiu Industry and Terminology and Classification of Alcoholic Beverages,which are newly released in 2021,are intended to vigorously promote the overall improvement of the standardization level of China’s liquor industry,give play to the leading and promoting role of standardization in the liquor making industry,and give impetus to the high-quality development of China’s liquor making industry in the new period. This report reviews the development process of Baijiu standards,compares the new and old national standards of Baijiu in detail,and puts forward the impact of the implementation of the new national standards on Baijiu industry,including driving the construction of the standardization system of Baijiu industry,promoting the survival of the fittest in Baijiu industry,improving the concentration of Baijiu industry,promoting the healthy development of the industry,and protecting the rights and interests of consumers. Finally,it is proposed that under the background of the new national standard,we should continue to promote the upgrading of Baijiu standards,continue to strictly control the quality of Baijiu,and promote the upgrading of Baijiu quality through scientific and technological innovation.
