Information accessibility terminal products refer to those terminal products which can help everyone to acquire，interact and use information in an equal，convenient and safe manner. This report goes through the development history of information accessibility terminal products at home and abroad and summarizes the current domestic situation of information accessibility terminal products in terms of policy development，laws and regulations，industry standards and product development. The study points out that there are six major problems on information accessibility terminal products in China. The relevant policies need to be improved；the product market supply is weak；The research and development motivation in industry is insufficient；the bottleneck of scientific and technological achievements transformation needs to be broken；the social information accessibility awareness still needs to be strengthened，and the significancy of the end users’ needs to be emphasized. At the end of the report，it proposes a sound policy environment for the digital development of information accessibility terminal products in China and promotes the construction of the legal system. It recommends increasing the penetration rate of information accessibility terminals，which will lead to reversely promote the quality improvement of terminal products. The last but not least，we should promote social awareness for information accessibility and insist on the dominant role of the end users.
