健康管理已在中国走过了近二十年的发展历程，在学术理论研究和服务实践方面取得了具有里程碑意义的成果与经验。但健康管理作为医学学科的建设思路尚需梳理。三级医院健康管理机构作为我国健康管理学科建设的主阵地，担负着健康管理学科创建与发展的重任，本研究通过调查全国三级医院健康管理（体检）机构（以下简称“健康管理机构”）的健康管理学科建设状况，拟调查全国范围内50家三级医院的健康管理机构的基本配置情况、服务能力、教学能力、科研能力、落实医改及履行社会公益能力、质量管理能力总计6个方面的现状，阐述我国健康管理学科建设内涵，总结学科发展历程，分析并讨论学科建设中存在的问题，最后总结提出未来健康管理学科建设的方向。此次调查结果提示：全国三级医院健康管理机构的科室基本配置、基础服务能力及质量管理方面已基本完善，均能为广大人民群众提供优质、便捷的健康管理服务。但健康管理学科建设过程中仍存在健康管理学科建设外部环境支持不足、健康管理学科建设内部支撑不够、健康管理学科建设进度不平衡等诸多不利因素，为了加快健康管理的学科建设，有必要明确学科定位及建设方向、适应新时代健康需求的目的，进一步提升健康管理服务能力、加强科研平台建设，激发人才创新活力、坚持高标准建设、深化学科交流与合作，为构建优质高效的健康管理医学学科提供强劲动力。
<<Health management has developed for nearly 20 years in China，and has marked a new milestone in terms of the achievements and experience of academic theoretical research and service practice. However，the idea of health management as a medical discipline needs to be combed. As the main platform of the discipline construction of health management in China，the health management institutions of China’s tertiary hospitals play a crucial role in establishing and developing health management discipline. Based on the investigation into the discipline construction of health management in China’s tertiary hospital health management （physical examination） institutions （hereinafter referred to as “health management institutions”），this paper intends to investigate the status quo of health management institutions in 50 tertiary hospitals nationwide in six aspects including basic configuration，service ability，teaching ability，scientific research ability，ability to implement medical reform and fulfill social public welfare as well as quality management ability. This paper expounds the connotation of health management discipline construction，summarizes history of discipline development，analyzes and discusses the existing problems in discipline construction and points out the direction for health management discipline construction in the future. The paper indicates the health management institutions in China’s tertiary hospitals have improved the basic configuration management，service capacity and quality management，and are capable of providing high-quality and convenient health management service for the broad masses of people. However，in the process of health management discipline construction，there are still many unfavorable factors including insufficient external environment support and internal support as well as unbalanced development. To accelerate discipline construction of health management，it is necessary to define discipline orientation and construction direction，further improve health management service capacity so as to meet the health needs of broad masses of people in new era，stimulate the innovative vitality of talents by strengthening platform construction of scientific research，adhere to high standards and deepen the discipline exchanges and cooperation，thus providing a strong impetus for high-quality and efficient medicine discipline construction of health management.
