只有全民健康素养普遍提高，才能实现健康中国建设伟大目标，这是新发展阶段健康科普事业发展的最大动力和意义所在。本报告对标新时代健康中国与数字中国对健康科普工作的使命要求，提示当前健康科普工作还存在较大差距，如科普作品有效供给不足，科普从业人员参与科普的积极性和能力不高，科普评价和治理体系亟须完善。“十四五”时期，随着数字化、网络化、智能化的深入发展，健康科普实现从“传统媒体走向新媒体”“平面走向立体”“整体走向碎片化”的转变，数字健康科普将成为主流科普形式。本报告对我国当前数字健康科普的发展趋势及创作发布、传播、治理中存在的问题进行全面梳理和总结，并以问题为导向，从“入国家科技支撑规划”、“入国家发展工程”、“入国家健康细胞”、“入国家宣教平台”和“入国家人才评价体系”等方面，对未来数字健康科普的高质量发展提出优化对策和建议，以期为满足人民群众日益增长的健康科普需求提供科学参考和依据。
<<Without the general improvement of health literacy of the whole people，it will be difficult to achieve the great goal of building “healthy China”. The greatest driving force and significance of the development of health science popularization in the new development stage is to improve the health quality of the whole people. In this report，regarding the mission requirements of “healthy China” and “Digital China” in the new era，there are still great deficiencies in the current work of health science popularization. At present，there are some shortc-omings in the work of science popularization，such as insufficient effective supply of science popularization works，or low enthusiasm and ability of science popularization practitioners to participate in science popularization etc. Therefore，the evaluation and governance system of popular science needs to be improved urgently. With the in-depth development of digitization，networking and intelligence，the popularization of health science has undergone lots of transformation，such as “traditional media to new media”，“plane to three-dimensional” and “whole to fragmentation” during the 14th five-year Plan period. Digital health science popularization will become the mainstream form of science popularization. The report comprehensively summarizes current development trend of digital health science popularization combs the problems existing in the creation，dissemination，and governance of digital health science popularization in China. In addition，guided by the problems，the paper puts forward optimization countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of digital health science popularization in the future from the aspects of “entering the national science and technology support plan”，“entering the national Development Project”，“entering the national healthy cell”，“entering the national propaganda and education platform” and “entering the national talent evaluation system”，with the hope to provide scientific reference and basis for meeting the growing needs of health science popularization.
