脑科学已经成为生命科学的“终极疆域”,是世界各国竞相角逐的主要赛道之一。数字技术与脑科学/类脑、脑健康研究相融合,在其原有的技术轨道上实现数字化跨界创新发展。本报告采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,通过文献研究、专家访谈、数据计量、案例研究等方式,对脑科学/类脑与脑健康研究数字化进行背景界定、现状分析,并对其发展机遇和挑战、对策等进行阐述。目前,我国脑科学计划调整升级,新技术持续更新,重大成果随之涌现。脑科学数字化发展贯穿于疾病风险评估、早期检测与筛查、健康干预与随访效果评价中,可促进健康产业数字化转型。现阶段脑科学与类脑研究处于历史发展窗口期,我国后发赶超成绩显著,然而,面对脑科学与类脑研究的巨大需求,相关成果转化不足,需国家整体布局,加大产学研投入,重视前沿核心技术的基础研究,加强人才队伍建设,发挥中医药优势,提升脑科学与类脑研究的国际竞争力。
<<Brain science has become the “ultimate territory” of life science and one of the main races competed by countries all over the world. Digital technology and brain science/brain-inspired and brain health are integrated to realize the development of digital cross-border innovation on its original technological track. This report uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,through literature research,expert interviews,data measurement,case studies and other methods to define the background and analyze the current situation of the digital development of brain science/brain-inspired and brain health,and the development opportunities,challenges and countermeasures are described. At present,China’s brain science plan has been adjusted and upgraded,new technologies have been continuously updated,and major achievements have emerged. The digital development of brain science runs through disease risk assessment,early detection and screening,health intervention and follow-up effect evaluation,and promotes the digital transformation of health industry. At the present stage,brain science and brain-inspired research are in the window of historical development,and China has achieved remarkable results in catching up with and surpassing them. However,in the face of the huge demand for brain science and brain-inspired research,the transformation of related achievements is insufficient. We need the overall layout of the country,increase investment in industry-university-research,attach importance to the basic research of cutting-edge core technologies,strengthen the construction of talents,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and enhance the international competitiveness of brain science and brain-inspired research.
