“SRDI”，“Gazelle” and “Hidden Champions” enterprise is an important power source of high quality development of sports industry in Shanghai and the key stabilizer for Shanghai to build an international capital of international sports events and a global famous sports city，is also a new force to play the important role of sports in the process of building “five centers” and a modern socialist international metropolis. Based on the list of “SRDI”，“Gazelle” and “Hidden Champions” enterprise directories in Shanghai sports industry，this report summarizes and analyzes the advantages，experiences and shortcomings of the development of sports SMEs in Shanghai on the basis of sorting out their basic concepts，evaluation standards and support policy，in the end，several suggestions are put forward in four aspects：strengthening policy support，consolidating institutional foundation，strengthening platform construction，cultivating innovation ecology，strengthening financial support，connecting financing channels，accelerating digital empowerment，and activating development vitality.
