    中外合作办学的现代化与国际化未来

    摘要

    教育是国之大计,党之大计。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚定不移实施科教兴国、人才强国和教育强国战略,坚持优先发展教育,深入推进教育领域全方位改革,不断加大教育投入力度,教育现代化加速推进,我国教育总体水平进入世界中上行列,取得了全方位、开创性的历史性成就。中外合作办学作为我国教育事业的有机组成部分和对外开放的重要形式,服务国家发展战略、国内国际发展大局,在国家外交战略、中外民间人文交流中发挥着巨大的作用;在引进国外优质教育资源的同时,促进教育教学改革和学科专业建设,扩大教育消费,满足人民群众多样化的教育需求,拓宽人才培养途径,培养了大批国际化创新人才,为国家和地方的经济社会发展做出了突出贡献。

    Abstract

    Education is an essential strategy for developing our country and a critical policy for developing the Communist Party of China. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has unswervingly implemented the strategy of developing the country through science and education and the strategy of developing the country with competitive talents. It adhered to the priority of developing education,vigorously promoted comprehensive reform in the field of education,continuously increased investment in education,accelerated the modernization of education,and entered the forefront of the world in the overall level of development of education,and achieved all-round and ground-breaking historical achievements.

    As an integral part of China’s educational cause and an important form of opening up,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools serves the national development strategy and the overall situation of domestic and international development,and plays a huge role in the national diplomatic strategy and people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. While introducing high-quality educational resources from abroad,we should promote education and teaching reform,promote the construction of disciplines and specialties,expand education consumption,meet the diverse educational needs of the people,and broaden the channels of talent training.
