根据《中华人民共和国中外合作办学条例》《中华人民共和国中外合作办学条例实施办法》有关规定及政策性文件内容，国务院教育行政部门应当进一步推动对中外合作办学机构的把关监督，自行组织或委托社会中介组织作为评估主体，对其办学水平和教育质量进行评估，并及时向社会公布评估结果。
<<According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools，Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools and relative regulations，the administrative department for education under the State Council shall strengthen the daily supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and evaluating their quality by organizing or entrusting social intermediary organizations. The results will also need to be announced.
