新时代,中外合作办学发展呈现新特点和新趋势。本报告在问卷调查和实地调研的基础上,对中外合作办学师资建设基本情况进行了总结:高度重视师德师风建设,在模式上施行“人事特区”建设;在管理机制上多措并举,完善师资队伍评聘管理机制;在制度上不断完善,增强师资队伍建设竞争力。针对中外合作办学师资发展面临的教师意识形态管控困难、教师教学水平有待提高、对外方教师重引进不重管理等问题,提出建立师资质量保障机制、加强师资队伍思政教育、强化教师队伍能力提升培训并完善师资评聘政策与制度保障等对策。
<<In the new era,the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools presents new characteristics and new trends. Based on questionnaire surveys and field investigations,the research report summarizes the basic situation of teacher development:Attach great importance to the construction of teacher morality. Implement the construction of “personnel development zone” in the cultivation model. Take multiple measures in the plan to improve the evaluation and appointment management mechanism of teaching team. Improve the mechanism and enhance the competitiveness of teaching team. Improve the promotion mechanism and training mechanism. In view of the difficulties in management of teacher ideology,teaching standards needs to be improved and foreign teachers’ management in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,the construction of ideological and political education for teachers is strengthened. The training and cultivation is introduced into the management of teaching team. The policies and mechanism of strengthening the teaching team’s is applied and developed.
