本报告主要聚焦本科层次的具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学以及具有非独立法人资格的中外合作办学机构发展情况及趋势。研究的主要对象为：具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学统招、具有非独立法人资格的中外合作办学机构统招，以及部分非独立法人资格的中外合作办学机构自主招生。本报告基于近两年的招生情况数据，分析了上述研究对象的专业设置、学制与学位、学费标准、生源质量、招生规模以及招生方式的现状与发展趋势。
<<This part investigates the development and trends of Chinese-foreign cooperative universities with independent legal entities and those kinds of educational institutions without independent legal entities. It focuses on the unified enrolment of Chinese-foreign cooperative universities both with independent and non-independent legal entities，and the independent enrolment of some Chinese-foreign cooperative schools without independent legal entities. Based on the enrolment data in the past two years，this study analyzes the current and developing trends of the above subjects in terms of their program designing，academic system and degree，tuition standard，student source quality，enrolment scale and enrolment mode.
