Urban public service facilities are not only an important link in urban construction，but also an important carrier of urban public services. Their distribution is related to life quality and social equity for urban residents. In addition，residences，kindergartens，schools，transportation facilities，parking lots，etc. also play a pivotal role in urban planning. In the context of the rapid development of urbanization and the transformation of the main social contradictions in China，residents have put forward higher requirements for public service supply in terms of quality and quantity，diversification and fairness. Therefore，in this paper，based on the reference and analysis of the Fair Sharing City：A Guide to Housing Development to Promote Social Inclusion and Gender Equality jointly formulated by the Asian Development Bank（ADB）and Tbilisi City Hall，the inspiration for China’s fair sharing city construction is discussed，so as to promote the construction of a more inclusive，livable，harmonious and equal urban living environment.
