粤港澳大湾区人口众多,经济发达,康养旅游资源较为丰富,具备开展康养旅游的条件。本报告以广州市从化温泉旅游地为案例,采用问卷调查的方式,了解游客对温泉、饮食和景观的体验,以及上述体验对重游意愿的影响。研究发现,温泉的健康效应最被游客认可,温泉镇的历史文化建筑最能反映出景观特色,但温泉饮食却未能给游客留下深刻印象,而上述体验都对重游意愿有正向影响。本报告建议粤港澳大湾区的康养旅游地应突出当地康养资源的独特性,并结合当地历史文化,打造具有特色的高品质产品。
<<The Greater Bay Area(GBA)has the potential to develop health and wellness tourism due to an enormous population,booming economy and rich natural resources for health and wellness. By a case study of hot spring tourism destination in Conghua,Guangzhou using questionnaire survey,the article is to investigate the tourist experiences of hot spring,food and landscape in the wellness destination. It is found that the health benefits of hot spring and the historical architectures are most recognized by tourists,however,the food seem not so impressive for the tourists. And all the experiences have positive influences on the revisit intention. It is suggested that wellness product and service design of GBA should consider the uniqueness of the local wellness and cultural attractions.
