受新冠肺炎疫情影响,2022年粤港澳大湾区旅游民宿数量呈轻微下降趋势,但产业整体上开始逐渐复苏。经过近十年的发展,粤港澳大湾区民宿规范化发展程度不断提高,民宿集群品牌效应逐渐凸显,民宿微旅游目的地逐渐形成,民宿上下游产业链日趋完整,以民宿为抓手实现乡村振兴,民宿经营者与政府、社团紧密协作。粤港澳大湾区民宿产业目前仍然存在民宿政策待完善、行业管理不到位、民宿布局缺引导、配套设施不完善、文化内涵不凸显、民宿发展缺人才等问题,本报告建议通过制定民宿发展引导政策、加强民宿行业规范管理、优化民宿空间布局、加强民宿配套设施建设、引导文化主题民宿发展、加强民宿人才培育工作、加强港澳民宿发展研究等方法,促进粤港澳大湾区旅游民宿产业持续健康发展。
<<Affected by the COVID-19 Outbreak,the number of tourist homestays in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has decreased slightly in 2022. But the homestay industry has begun to recover gradually. Overall,The standardization of homestays in the Greater Bay Area continues to improve,the brand effect of the homestay cluster has gradually become prominent,the micro-tourism destination of homestay is gradually formed,the upstream and downstream industrial chain of homestay is becoming more and more complete,and homestay has become the starting points for rural revitalization,homestay operators work dosely with government、organizations. At present,there are still development problems such as homestay policies to be improved,industry management not in place,lack of guidance for homestay layout,imperfect supporting facilities,lack of cultural connotation,and lack of talents for homestay development. It is recommended to formulate guiding policies for the development of homestays,strengthen the standardized management of the homestay industry,optimize and improve the space layout of homestays,strengthen the construction of homestay facilities,guide the development of cultural themed homestays,strengthen the cultivation of homestay talents,strengthen research on homestay development in Hong Kong and Macao,to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the homestay industry in the GBA.
