在新媒体时代,识别广东省海岛旅游情感意象对广东省海岛旅游的高质量发展具有重要意义。基于此,本报告采用基于大数据的旅游目的地的情感评价方法,对广东省典型旅游海岛的在线评论开展文本情感分析,挖掘游客对广东省海岛旅游形象的认知、口碑和组成要素。研究发现当前广东省海岛旅游存在四个问题:有较多数量的海岛管理不善,旅游服务与旅游设施有待改进;海岛旅游同质化问题严重,海岛特色不够鲜明;旅游海岛美誉度波动大,口碑不稳定;珠三角、粤东、粤西地区旅游发展状况各异,粤西地区的旅游形象不甚鲜明。针对当前存在的问题,本报告认为可以从三个方面进行改善:一是完善海岛旅游治理,改善游客旅游体验;二是重视体验产品的开发,发展特色海岛旅游;三是重视海岛旅游口碑,加强旅游品牌营销。
<<In the era of new media,identifying the affective image of islands in Guangdong is of great significance to the high-quality development of island tourism in Guangdong. Utilizing the emotion model for evaluating tourism destinations based on tourism big data,this study conducts content analysis to explore the affective images and reputation of 6 typical tourist islands to investigate the sentimental features of Guangdong’s islands’ images based on travel online reviews. The study found that there are four problems with current island tourism in Guangdong Province:a large number of islands are poorly managed,and tourism facilities and services need to be improved;the homogenisation of island tourism is serious,and the characteristics of islands are not distinctive enough;the reputation of tourist islands fluctuates greatly,and the word-of-mouth is unstable;the development of regional tourism varies,and the tourism image of western Guangdong is not distinctive. In response to the current problems,this report suggests that improvements can be made in three ways:firstly,improve the governance of island tourism to improve the tourist experience;secondly,attach importance to experience products and develop characteristic island tourism;and thirdly,attach importance to the reputation of islands and strengthen brand marketing.
