The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area demands the interface of judicial rules from three aspects:promoting the quality and effectiveness of cross-domain dispute resolution, improving the civil litigation system, and facilitating the integrated development of the Bay Area. In response to the foregoing requirements, the Nansha District People’s Court of Guangzhou has carried out six interfaces of judicial rules in recent years, including true representation, service by party entrusted and evidence discovery. Taking the evidence discovery rules as an example, this paper found that rule comparison, rule transformation and effect evaluation are the basic parts of the interface of judicial rules, also found,at present, there are still some problems in the interface of judicial rules, such as lack of superior law guarantee, fragmented construction and incompatibility of institutional environment. To promote the interface of judicial rules more systematic and rational,it could take the theory of legal negotiation as theoretical basis, define the basic principles to be followed, build a point-to-area and bottom-up progressive interface path in which the courts of the Free Trade Zone will be authorized to pilot the process, and improve the mechanism design at the technical level, such as the preliminary study, implementation and effectiveness inspection of rules.
