Improving the quality and efficiency of judicial staff-related job crimes investigation can enhance people’s trust and satisfaction with the rule of law，make up for the limitations of supervisory organs in investigating job crimes，and enhance the rigidity of legal supervision by procuratorial organs. The revised Criminal Procedure Law provides for the system of direct investigation of judicial staff-related crimes by the procuratorial organs. By studying the problems encountered in recent years，such as insufficient quality of clues，lack of professional talents and difficulty in handling cases，the author proposes to improve the quality，efficiency and effectiveness of investigating job-related crimes from expanding the sources of clues，improving the comprehensive quality of investigators，exploring information technology and doing prevention，so as to provide a strong procuratorial guarantee to meet the new needs of the people for democracy，rule of law and justice.
