The supervision of civil non-litigation enforcement carried out by procuratorial organs corresponds to the supervision of civil litigation enforcement and is an important part of civil prosecution. At present，some procuratorial organs do not pay enough attention to the special law of civil non-litigation enforcement supervision，and there is still a vague understanding in its connotation definition，determination of the nature of supervision，mastery of supervision standards，selection of supervision objects，application of supervision methods，and control of supervision timing，and it is urgent to conduct in-depth and meticulous research and demonstration from the theoretical，practical，and institutional levels to guide the in-depth advancement of civil non-litigation enforcement supervision practice.
