The current practice of courts for confirming the validity of arbitration agreements in China is in general well developed，which respects the parties’ autonomy and the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunals. Meanwhile，the adjudication standards remain to be further harmonized with respect to the scope of judicial review in cases confirming the validity of arbitration agreements，the judicial review of the validity of standard form arbitration clauses，and the identification of the arbitration institution stipulated in the arbitration agreement.
