Yellow River Sanshenggong water park in Bayannur city is based on the three Sheng Gong water conservancy hub project and the reservoir and natural river and lake composite water park. Since 2005，when it was recognized as a national water park by the Ministry of Water Resources，the construction of the scenic area has fully explored the local natural and humanistic landscape and the Yellow River culture，taking green，low-carbon，ecological and harmonious as the development concept，inheriting the spirit of water conservancy craftsmanship and building a cultural and creative scenic area as the construction purpose，integrating the Yellow River culture，Hetao culture，desert culture，natural wonders and cultural creativity，fully reflecting the originality，originality and original ecology of water conservancy.
