Xin’an lake water park in Quzhou city is an urban river and lake type water park relying on the Tadi Water Conservancy Hub，the urban section of the Qujiang River and the downstream section of the Wuxi River. Since 2011，when it was recognized as a national water park by the Ministry of Water Resources，the scenic area has been practicing the “two mountains” theory，exploring the “two mountains” transformation channel，insisting on the construction of the core scenic area of the beautiful garden as the leader，integrating resources，promoting the development of the cultural，tourism，physical and agricultural industries around the lake，enriching the supply of ecological products，regulating the quality of the ecological environment and enriching the content of cultural and tourism services. Xin’an lake water park construction process formed a comprehensive management of the whole area，“water conservancy +”，innovative management and other development experience worthy of other scenic areas to promote and learn from.
