Yongchun county of Quanzhou city is located in the southeastern part of Fujian Province and the upper reaches of the Jin River，and has been selected as a national model county for the construction of ecological civilization. Adhering to the concept of protecting water sources and ecological county，with the comprehnsive management of small watersheds as a carrier，Yongchun County promotes the construction of ecological environment with watersheds as a unit and water conservancy construction as a grip，coordinating water security，water resources，water environment and water landscape construction to create a “Yongchun model” of water management in the whole area. In the process of construction and development of the scenic area，the watershed management，management and care model，the creation of water conservancy scenic area，rural revitalization，industrial development and other organic integration，the construction of Yongchun people’s happiness river，so that the “water ecology” to give birth to “water benefits”. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the foundation and current situation of Yongchun County’s water park，summarises its main achievements and problems，and proposes basic experiences in co-ordinating watershed management，innovative management models，integrated development and other aspects as well as development ideas for building a brand of water park based on scenic area enhancement construction，implementing ecological blue water restoration projects，and striving to build a high-quality water park around the masses.
