Under the background of Beijing’s ‘two districts’ construction，the development of headquarters economy is helpful to the establishment of Beijing’s “high-grade，precision and advanced” economic structure，to firmly grasp the strategic positioning of the capital city，to promote the functional construction of Beijing’s ‘four centers’ and to promote the high-quality development of the capital economy. Therefore，this paper analyzes the changes in the influencing factors of the headquarters layout of multinational companies from the global layout and transfer trend of multinational companies. By analyzing the advantages of attracting multinational companies in Beijing and the successful experience of typical cities at home and abroad，this paper further compares and analyzes the investment status and case analysis of the top 500 enterprises in various regions of Beijing，so as to put forward policy suggestions for the capital to develop the headquarters economy and better attract the headquarters of multinational companies.
