The functional construction of the global hub of international exchange of Beijing is conducive to the construction of a new international order，to the formation of a community with a shared future for mankind，and to establishment of a new global order under the principle of extensive consultation，joint contribution and shared benefits. This report mainly focuses on the strategies and paths of Beijing to promote the functional construction of a global hub of international exchange from aspects of international medical treatment，international education and international tourism. This paper aims to improve the research on the functional system and policy system of the international exchange center of Beijing，promote the formation of efficient and pragmatic policies，and further promote the construction of the global hub of international exchange of Beijing.
