The construction of China（Beijing）Pilot Free Trade Zone is a major responsibility entrusted to Beijing by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. It is also an important starting point for Beijing to base itself on the new development stage，implement the new development concept and build a new development pattern. Since the approval of the Pilot Free Trade Zone in September 2020，Beijing has conscientiously implemented the Overall Plan of China（Beijing）Pilot Free Trade Zone，actively promoted institutional innovation around the key tasks of the pilot zone，focused on key areas，continuously expanded the opening-up，and promoted linkage innovation mode，which already achieved phased results. At the same time，China（Beijing）Pilot Free Trade Zone also has some problems in the aspects of institutional innovation，institutional mechanism，and opening-up stress test. Next，in accordance with the decisions and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council，we should focus on building a new development pattern of dual circulation，take key areas and key links as breakthroughs，continue to strengthen the implementation of policy tasks，lead forward-looking institutional innovation，give full play to the leading role of China（Beijing）Pilot Free Trade Zone and contribute to the formation of a nationwide gradient development pattern by taking key areas and key links as a breakthrough.
