Boutique B&B industry is a new attempt of rural revitalization strategy. The Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council have always been consistent with the strategic deployment of rural development. As the south gate of Beijing，Daxing District is the strategic thoroughfare of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. It has not only the original ecological villages with rich human resources in Yongding River and Fenghe River，but also the transformed townships that are integrated into the city in the process of urbanization，as well as the modern new towns that rise with Daxing International Airport. With the integration and development of the culture and tourism industry，the competitiveness and characterization of the B&B industry has brought a new impetus for industry. This paper focuses on more than 10 Boutique B&B hotels along the Yongding River and on both sides of the Fenghe River. These hotels are located in towns such as Beizang and Zhangziying. The paper focuses on the current situation of the development of the rural B&B industry during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period and the post epidemic era，as well as the problems，difficulties and inadequacies，and then puts forward suggestions and measures for high-quality development of Boutique B&B hotels from the aspects of policy measures，industrial momentum，the soft power of intangible cultural heritage and competitiveness，etc.
