This report mainly studies the changes of three international innovation and entrepreneurship indexes in recent years and the global innovation and entrepreneurship situation reflected，and observes the stage of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship，the deficiencies in practice and the development opportunities from a global perspective. This report studies the Global Innovation Index，Innovation City Index and Global Startup Ecosystem Index respectively，and summarizes the changes of China’s position in global innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years through the above index. The research shows that in terms of innovation level，China has developed from a regional medium level to a regional innovation leader and a pioneer in international innovation，even though there is still room for improvement in China’s overall entrepreneurial ecosystem compared with the international leading level. What’s more，China’s entrepreneurial ecology is gradually improving.
