Systematically sorting out the post competition utilization of the legacy of stadiums and gymnasiums of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the winter Paralympic Games is of great practical significance for further exploring the heritage advantages of the city to host both the Summer and Winter Olympics and gathering and utilizing high-end sports resources. This report combs the venue resources of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the winter Paralympic Games in an overall sense，and summarizes the ways and characteristics of the sustainable utilization of the venues of the Winter Olympic Games in terms of the development of youth ice and snow sports，the introduction of international ice and snow events，the strengthening of international sports exchanges and cooperation，the training of ice and snow professionals，and the top-level design of the sustainable utilization of heritage. At the same time，according to the project nature of the ice and snow venues，as well as the asset nature of the state-owned and private backgrounds，this report summarizes the typical facts of the sustainable utilization of the venue heritage of the Winter Olympic Games.
