禹州钧瓷产业在稳步发展的同时,其背后暗藏的数字营销问题也逐渐暴露出来。本文运用演绎归纳法、访谈法多种研究方法,分析禹州钧瓷企业数字营销中存在的问题,归纳总结出钧瓷企业数字营销力量分散,与多媒体耦合度浅、数字表达方式粗糙,专业的数字营销人才匮乏,数字营销侧重点模糊、数字营销受众针对性弱这四个问题。通过分析钧瓷企业数字营销问题背后的原因,从政府、钧瓷行业、钧瓷企业三个主体角度出发,提出了政府引导,整合资源,形成合力数字营销团体;行业协会整合数字营销平台,搭建数字营销平台;钧瓷企业引进现代公司管理制度与专业数字营销团队等对策与建议。
<<With the steady development of Yuzhou Jun porcelain,the digital marketing problems behind it are gradually exposed. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the digital marketing of Yuzhou Jun porcelain enterprises by using various research methods such as literature research,deduction and induction,and interview,and summarizes the four problems of Jun porcelain enterprises’ digital marketing power dispersion,shallow coupling with multimedia,rough digital expression,lack of professional digital marketing talents,vague focus on digital marketing,and weak pertinence to the digital marketing audience,By analyzing the reasons behind the digital marketing problems of Jun porcelain enterprises,from the perspective of the government,Jun porcelain enterprises and Jun porcelain industry,this paper puts forward that the government should guide,integrate resources and form a joint digital marketing group;Industry associations integrate digital marketing platforms and build digital marketing platforms;Jun porcelain enterprises to introduce modern company management system and professional digital marketing team and other countermeasures and suggestions.
