随着钧瓷企业数量激增,市场竞争日趋激烈,良好的声誉是钧瓷行业保持竞争力的重要条件,提升钧瓷行业声誉的重要性日益凸显。本文以禹州市为研究对象,通过对钧瓷行业的声誉现状进行分析,发现一些企业通过产业升级和技术创新带动了钧瓷产业的健康发展,为行业积累了良好的社会声誉,但目前整个行业仍存在产业规模小、品牌文化意识薄弱、人才与技术缺乏、营销理念滞后和破坏生态环境等突出问题,给钧瓷行业的发展带来了极大的阻力。在此基础上研究了钧瓷行业声誉的形成机制并依据Harris-Fombrun声誉度指标,结合钧瓷行业的自身特点设计了适用于该行业的声誉水平评估体系,对行业进行了声誉评估。最后分别从政府、行业和企业三个层面有针对性地探究了钧瓷行业声誉的提升策略,为改善钧瓷行业声誉以实现持续发展提供了可行性思路。
<<With the increasing number of Jun porcelain enterprises,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. A good reputation is an important condition for the Jun porcelain industry to establish and maintain its competitiveness,and the importance of enhancing the reputation of the Jun porcelain industry has become increasingly prominent. Taking Yuzhou City as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo of the reputation of the Jun porcelain industry,and finds that some enterprises have promoted the healthy development of the Jun porcelain industry through industrial upgrading and technological innovation,which have accumulated a good social reputation for the industry. However,there are still some outstanding problems in the whole industry,such as small industrial scale,weak brand culture awareness,lack of talents and technologies,lagging marketing concept and destruction of ecological environment,which have brought great resistance to the development of Jun porcelain industry. On this basis,the formation mechanism of Jun porcelain industry reputation is studied. According to Harris-Fombrun reputation index and the characteristics of Jun porcelain industry,a reputation level evaluation system suitable for the industry is designed to evaluate its reputation. Finally,the promotion strategies of Jun porcelain industry reputation are explored from the three levels of government,industry and enterprise,which provides feasible ideas for improving Jun porcelain industry reputation to achieve sustainable development.
