<<The form of mentoring system is currently one of the hottest topics in the theory and practice of the family enterprises of the Jun porcelain craft,as well as a crucial issue for the intergenerational sustainability of their family enterprises. The breakthrough and innovation of the modern mentoring system provides unique resources and models for the Jun porcelain craft during the crucial period of transformation of its family-owned businesses. This paper examines the characteristics and types of traditional and modern apprenticeship inheritance within the Jun porcelain craft from the perspective of Jun porcelain craftsmanship.
