China’s manufacturing industry is large but not strong，with insufficient key core technologies，weak independent innovation ability，low resource and energy utilization efficiency. It has been at the low end of the global value chain for a long time，and need to transform to high-end，intelligent，green and service-oriented. As a comprehensive service platform for product display and technology exchange，the CIIE has played a beneficial role in unblocking market channels，promoting technology exchange and deepening industrial chain cooperation. It is conducive to promoting the docking of supply and demand sides，improving product supply capacity，achieving value chain upgrading，and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. In the future，it is necessary to further give play to the advantages of the comprehensive platform of the CIIE，continue to make efforts in the introduction of high-end products，strengthen the connection between supply and demand，and accelerate technology transformation，so as to provide more powerful support for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.
