中国国际进口博览会已经连续举办四届,在扩大进口、促进国际经济合作等方面发挥了重要作用,受到全球各国广泛关注,并产生巨大的国际影响力,为世界经济复苏提供新型经济全球化方案,也为构建全球贸易新秩序贡献中国智慧。本报告从政治、经济和社会文化三个维度分析进博会的国际影响力,结果发现:进博会成为拉近各国的纽带,扩大了国际合作“朋友圈”;进博会为世界各国商品、服务和要素自由流动搭建交流平台,有力推动世界经济发展;进博会借助官方或非官方渠道展现中国文化,向全世界展示中国对外开放、反对贸易保护主义、推动全球化的意愿。鉴于此,应多措并举提升进博会国际影响力,具体如下:(1)强化进博会全球经济协作大平台的定位,打造对外开放新高地;(2)强化进博会品牌形象,提升服务能力;(3)优化进博会组织运营模式,完善“互联网+博览会”新模式;(4)优化参展商结构,增强进博会的吸引力;(5)探索创新发展模式,提高中小企业和民众参与度;(6)提升虹桥国际经济论坛外交影响力,完善运作机制。
<<the China International Import Expo(CIIE)has been held for four consecutive years. It has played an important role in expanding imports and promoting international economic cooperation. It has attracted wide attention from countries around the world and has formed a huge international influence. It has provided a new economic globalization plan for the recovery of world economy and trade and contributed Chinese wisdom to the construction of a new global trade order. Based on the analysis and summary of the achievements made by the CIIE,this report analyzes the international influence of the CIIE from the three dimensions of politics,economy and social culture,and puts forward development suggestions to provide reference for further enhancing the international influence.
