The international，regional and global governance books are think tank reports that conduct annual monitoring and empirical research on development status and hot spots of world nations. This article takes the edition of 2021 international，regional and global governance book as the research object，making a more comprehensive description toward the creation of Pishu by analyzing the number of publications，research content，research institutions and authors，academic quality，influences as well as other aspects. At the same time，this article also associates the disciplinary features of international and regional studies with the practical problems in the creation of the Pishu and puts forward three suggestions for the future development.
