Common prosperity is the common aspiration of the people. In the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC，General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that “Chinese modernization is a modernization of common prosperity for all the people”. To achieve common prosperity and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has been the original aspiration and mission of generations of Chinese Communists over the past century. Developing and expanding the new-type rural collective economy is not only conducive to fully activating the potential of rural resources and assets，and making the “cake” bigger；but also to help farmers increase their income by sharing shares and providing employment opportunities，and divide the “cake” better. It can not only provide material foundation for consolidating the common prosperity，but also relate to the ruling foundation and ruling status of the party in rural areas. In the new period，the key to rural development is to develop and strengthen the rural collective economy and stimulate the hematopoietic function of the countryside itself，build a new rural collective economic model with clear property rights，stable returns，reasonable distribution，and democratic management，steadily promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.
